Isn't It Amazing
Isn't it amazing how short a mile is when you're in shape and how long a block is when you have diarrhea?

- Pssst! Thas me in the white hat wit my friend Larry. We ran a marathon once in San Diego, California and boy was it hard work! Whew! Haven't seen Larry since then so I hope he's okay. Guess he's a former friend. I'm a disturbed farm boy who somehow ended up in journalism and now I'm running from it all. Veteran of 6 marathons and training for number 7. Many 5ks, 10ks and roughly a dozen half marathons. Author of one book "The Addict" which could have been called a diary of a damn fool and am researching my second book as I run.
